For Such A Time As This: An Individual Intensive
Sometimes, before we can move forward, we have to go back.
Back to the experiences that shaped us. The families we came from. The messages we were told. The patterns we learned. The things we've carried for far too long, and the parts of ourselves we may have lost along the way. Because you don't have to be in crisis to know there is deeper work to do.
Maybe you're in a season of unraveling, holding it together while everything shifts beneath you. Maybe you've just come through a major transition, or you can feel one approaching. Or maybe your life is actually really good, successful, full, beautiful on paper, but something inside of you is stirring. You know there's more to understand about who you are, what has shaped you, what you're still carrying, and who you're becoming.
For Such A Time As This is a 4-week private coaching experience built around that deeper work.
Together, we'll go back before we move forward—looking honestly at your story, your family of origin, the messages and patterns that still influence your life, and what may no longer be yours to carry. Then we'll begin looking forward: toward your gifts, your desires, what is stirring within you, and the life you may be uniquely called to step into. This is deeply personal, trauma-informed work rooted in presence, honesty, stillness and discernment. Because sometimes the next step isn't doing more. It's getting still enough to understand what's been shaping you, shed what no longer serves you, and hear what's calling you forward.
The Journey: What We’ll Walk Through Together
Our time together begins with a 60-minute Opening Session, followed by four 90-minute Life Sessions over the course of four weeks. Each conversation builds upon the last, creating space to understand your story, recognize patterns, release what no longer serves you, and discern what you’re being called toward next. While every journey is deeply personal—and the exercises and resources I select will be tailored to what emerges in yourstory—here’s the framework we’ll move through together:
Opening Session
Before we begin the deeper work, I want to know you. We’ll talk about your story, what brought you here, what’s happening in your life right now, and why something in you said now. Along with your intake and Life Alignment Wheel, this conversation helps me understand where you are and personalize the work we’ll do together.
Life Session 3:
Identifying Patterns & Discernment
Building on what we’ve uncovered, we’ll identify the patterns that continue showing up in your relationships, work, choices, and the way you treat yourself. We’ll explore what has protected you, what may now be limiting you, and what needs to be released. Then we begin the deeper work of discernment: What is mine to carry? What is mine to surrender? What is asking for my attention now?
Life Session 1:
Stabilization, Shedding & Release
We begin by creating space—space to see your life clearly, identify what’s thriving and what’s draining you, and recognize what no longer serves you. We’ll look honestly at what you’re carrying, the people and patterns that hold you up and those that don’t, and what may be time to release. You’ll begin discerning what needs to stay, what needs to go, and what deserves your attention in this season.
Life Session 4:
Higher Calling, Obedience & Becoming
In our final Life Session, we shift from understanding and releasing to listening and moving forward. What are you being called toward? What does alignment look like for you now? What might obedience require in this season? We’ll explore the difference between striving and surrender, identify the support and practices you’ll need moving forward, and create clear direction for your next 90 days. You don’t need to see the entire road—only the next faithful step.
Life Session 2:
Family of Origin, Attachment &
the Messages You’ve Been Told
We’ll explore how your past has shaped you—the messages you inherited, the roles you learned to play, the weight you’ve been carrying, and the patterns passed down to you. Through family-of-origin and attachment work, we’ll begin identifying the beliefs and messages you’ve carried into adulthood and asking an important question: Is this actually true, or is it simply what I’ve been told?
No two journeys will look exactly the same. While these four Life Sessions provide the framework for our time together, your experience will be personalized based on your intake, your story, and what emerges along the way. I may pull from additional exercises and resources around relationships, grief and loss, health and wellness, faith, identity, family systems, or deeper shedding work depending on what you need.

The Investment:
$3,100
For Such A Time As This is a deeply personalized four-week private coaching intensive. Because of the depth of this work, I intentionally accept only a limited number of clients at a time.
Ready to explore if this is for you?
You don’t need to have everything figured out before we begin. In fact, you may be here precisely because you don’t.
If something in you knows it’s time to pay attention, to release what no longer serves you, understand what has shaped you, discern what you’re being called toward, and take the next faithful step, I invite you to apply.
We’ll begin with a brief conversation to make sure For Such A Time As This is the right fit for where you are and what you need.
A Note on This Work
Transformation is not linear. Grief and growth often happen at the same time. There will be weeks when you feel lighter and weeks when the weight of what you’re releasing feels unbearable. Both are part of the process. I don’t do motivational speeches or performative empowerment. I do honest, grounded, spiritually literate support for people who are ready to stop pretending and start becoming. If that’s you, I’d be honored to walk with you.
Frequent Asked Questions
Do I need to be going through a major life transition?
No. So much of this work is about going deeper into who you are at your core—understanding your upbringing and family of origin, examining the messages you were given and recognizing the beliefs, patterns and experiences that may still be influencing your choices and outcomes today. Some people come to me in the middle of a major life transition. Others can feel one approaching or have recently come through one. And some aren't in transition at all. Their life may be going beautifully, but they feel called to understand themselves more deeply, reassess what they're carrying and become more intentional about the life they're creating. You don't need a crisis or a major change to do meaningful inner work. In fact, sometimes the most powerful time to examine our lives is before circumstances force us to.
Is this therapy?
In a form, yes. But I am not currently offering licensed therapy services. Higher Calling is coaching and life guidance, not psychotherapy, diagnosis or mental-health treatment. My work is trauma-informed, meaning I approach your story with sensitivity to the ways our experiences, relationships and patterns can shape who we become.
This work can also exist beautifully alongside work you're already doing with a therapist and oftentimes I am asked to communicate with my clients therapists. If something emerges that would benefit from additional therapeutic support, I'm happy to help identify resources that may serve you, whether that's individual therapy, more intensive therapeutic work, group therapy or another form of support. I've worked alongside and within many of these areas throughout my own education and experience, and I deeply value the role they can play in a person's healing and growth.
Is Higher Calling only for Christians?
No. My Christian faith is foundational to who I am, and it absolutely informs the way I understand my own calling and the work I feel led to do. But one of the most meaningful parts of my own story is that God has repeatedly positioned me in places of influence and responsibility alongside people with very different belief systems from my own. The majority of the people I've worked with and coached throughout my life have not been Christians. I've learned how to speak openly and respectfully about what I believe while also creating genuine space for another person to explore what they believe without feeling judged, pressured or evangelized. Your beliefs will inform how we approach our work together. Prayer, discernment, surrender, stillness and questions of calling may all be part of the process, but what those practices look like can be deeply biblical and faith-centered or approached through a broader lens, depending on you and what feels appropriate. You don't need to believe exactly what I believe for me to honor your story and walk beside you.
What if my life is actually pretty good?
Then we aren't looking for something to break.
Higher Calling isn't about convincing you that your life is wrong. It's about asking whether the life you're living is aligned with the person you're becoming. Sometimes the most powerful work happens when we choose to examine our lives before circumstances force us to.
What if I'm afraid of what I'll uncover?
That's understandable. Looking honestly at our lives can be uncomfortable. We move thoughtfully and at a pace that honors you. The goal isn't to rip your life apart. It's to become more conscious of what is shaping it so that you have greater freedom in deciding what you want to carry forward.
Why is the investment $3,100?
Higher Calling is intentionally different from many coaching models. Much of the coaching industry is built around scale—serving larger numbers of people, creating repeatable programs and mass-producing resources that can be used across many clients. There is absolutely a place for that model, but I've become very clear that it isn't my higher calling. My work is with the individual. I want to intimately understand the human sitting across from me. Their story, family of origin, relationships, patterns, beliefs, experiences, gifts, desires and current season and allow what I learn to shape the work we do together. The investment reflects not only our time together, but the depth of experience, education, training and lived work I bring into the room, as well as the significant individualized preparation that happens outside of our sessions. Exercises and resources are personalized as our work unfolds, I'm available for support between sessions, and together we'll create a roadmap for what comes next. Because of that depth, I intentionally work with a very limited number of clients. In fact, this is the first time I've opened this particular work beyond my existing sphere and relationships. I'm doing that because I believe deeply in the transformation I've witnessed through these tools and feel called to make this work available to people I may not otherwise have the opportunity to meet. This isn't a mass-produced course or a formula. It's a deeply individualized container built around you.
